Our latest Gold Prospecting Adventure was between LeGrand and Starkey Oregon, along the Grand Rhond River. We Glamped, yes glamor camped at the "Cow Camp" Log cabin living, excellent access to remote locations for prospecting where it all started in Oregon, in along the Oregon Trail.

ABOUT US

 

Michael, my son and I created Gold Prospector Adventures, LLC in search for the adventure, treasure and a unique place that seemed to be missing from the marketplace. In our travels recently to the Grand Ronde Cow Camp Bed & Breakfast, Starkey Oregon, we met adventurous people, settled with the best lodge with compliments to Jean and John. Their neighbors experience the true wilderness of Oregon's awe and beauty without availability otherwise.

The connection we made with Jean and John at Grand Ronde Cow Camp, we taught them how to prospect, found a bit of glitter in the pan as that remined me of John Denver's Song, Poems, Prayers and Promises: "I have to say it now, it's been good life all in all, it's really fine to have a chance to hang around. And lie there by the fire and watch the evening tire while all my friends and my old lady sit and pass a pipe around. And talk of poems and prayers and promises and things that we believe in." 

 

It's about the adventure with family, friends and loved ones. So, aside from us having a little or a lot of fun, let us find what works for you.

 

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

 

Starky Oregon, an journey back in time. Open to the public areas are hidden among the moutains and gold is waiting to be discovered. Although this was a family event, the planning and organizing was all the same to ensure everyone had a great time. A special thanks to my beautiful wife and all of her contributions, planning and how she keep everyone on tract with events and activities.

 

 

 

BUSINESS FUNCTIONS

 

Gold Prospector Adventures is a new company. Planning and experiencing a part of our own adventures are to ensure you and your loved ones are meant to have a great experience. There is a combination of things to consider: Where to go, what to do and how long to be there. Money, budgeting and plan for the unexpected. What to take in the way of equipment, the right clothing and a compass, flashlight, water and something to nibble on. Some people are great of just going and not worring about the details. Others are want to enjoy the most out of the moment. Safety First! Keeping up with a buddy and making it home safely are good rules to live by.  

 

Aside from the travel adventures we intend to develope, we want to be your place to purchase unique items through our website. Products such as GPK Kwik Kiln, Safety products from Lonestar of Texas, a gently use piece of equipment or tools or just help you find something you have had a hard time locating.

 

Gold Prospector Adventures want to be different and unique for any prospector, miner, metal detectorist, traveler and someone that want to just tell a good story around a campfire, classify some material or strum a guitar.
